Getting paid
Your share is credited the moment a sale goes through. It clears 28 days later, once the refund window has closed.

Things bands ask about the studio
Does the studio cost extra?
No. It comes with your store, on every plan. Building your store in it is free too: you only pay when you open it.
Can my bandmates log in too?
Yes. In Settings, under Logins, tell us their name and email. We check every request, then they get an email to choose a password and sign in. Settings shows everyone who can sign in, and we'll turn off anyone you don't recognise.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It's a website. Sign in at studio.merchycart.com on your laptop, or in your phone's browser.
What if I'm on Established?
Same studio, with your team in it. Store becomes Your site and Help becomes Your team. Tell us what to change and we'll do it within two working days, and new products are made with us.
