When do I get paid?
Your share's credited the moment a sale goes through and clears 28 days later. Then you can withdraw it or spend it on stock.
Why is there a monthly charge on my statement?
On Starter it's £10 in any month your store earns £50 or more; on Established, £25 in any month it earns £175 or more. We email you before it's taken, and it comes out of that month's earnings.
How do I change a price?
In your dashboard, under Products. What you keep updates as you type.
A fan says their order hasn't arrived
Send them to us. We'll chase it and you'll see the outcome on your statement.
How do I log in?
Use Artist login at the top of any page (on a phone, it's in the menu). It's separate from the shop login your fans use.
