How it works

Merch without the mess

Print on demand means nothing gets made until someone buys it. No boxes in your hallway, no guessing sizes, no money tied up in stock.

Start to finish

Four steps, and we do most of them

1

Build your store

Artwork, products, prices. See the whole thing before you pay. On Starter you build it from a template in about fifteen minutes; on Established our designers build it for you.

2

A fan buys something

From your store, from Spotify, or by scanning the QR code at your merch table.

3

We print it and post it

Printed to order in Norfolk with DTF (direct to film), packed properly, tracked to their door. They get the emails from us.

4

You get paid

Your share lands in your dashboard straight away and clears 28 days later.

Where you sell

One upload. Three shop windows.

Your own store

A proper shop with its own web address, in your colours, with a link for your bio and your socials.

See a live store

Spotify

Your merch under your music, on your artist profile. We connect it and keep it in sync.

Established: only available on the Established planHow Spotify merch works

The merch table

Bulk stock for the stand at up to 30% off, and free QR stands and stickers for when you sell out. Fans scan, we post.

Getting paid

Your money, in plain English

We're upfront about this because everyone asks. Your share of a sale is credited the moment it goes through. It clears 28 days later, once the refund window has closed. Then it's yours to withdraw to your bank, or to put towards stock for the merch table.

You'll see every sale, what it earned you and when it clears in your dashboard. There's a statement every month.

The what-ifs

Things bands ask us first

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

We'll tell you before anything's printed, and show you what it'll look like. On Established we get it print ready for you.

What if a fan wants to send something back?

They talk to us, not to you. We sort the return and you'll see it on your statement.

What if nobody buys anything?

Then it's cost you nothing that month. There's no stock, and the monthly fee only applies in a month your store earns enough.

Who owns my artwork?

You do. Always. You're giving us permission to print it, and that ends when you leave.
